I am a guitar teacher in Barnet with considerable experience, able to give beginner guitar lessons as well as more advanced guitar tuition. I have achieved a status beyond Grade 8 level with Trinity College and have played guitar for over 16 years, playing a diverse range of musical styles at a professional level. I offer guitar lessons to anyone - from those wishing to learn their favourite tunes (tablature, chord charts etc) all the way to lessons in classical guitar and music theory, as well as many other topics which are listed on this site.

As a classically trained guitar teacher in North London, my teaching principle is simple. Each person interprets music in an individual way. There is no right or wrong in this interpretation, but there are golden rules which apply to all styles of music. My job is to instil these rules in my students, to allow them to pursue a musical direction which is personal to them (and have fun in the process!).

The guitar lessons in Hertfordshire that I provide, can be given at your home address or at my teaching studio, so there's no need to transport any extra equipment. I find that students prefer to have a choice of location that suits them best and can be worked around their daily routine.
